Tammy Glivinski, President
Tammy founded Glivinski & Associates in 1999 to serve small and mid-sized organizations with their business and financial management needs. With over 30 years accounting and management experience in prominent corporations, Tammy has proven success in assisting start ups and established Fortune companies in creating financial infrastructure and objectives for sustainability and growth. She is relied upon by many CPA firms for forensic, audit, and bankruptcy accounting as well as identifying and reporting of fraudulent transactional activity in regards to embezzlement and mismanaged funds. Tammy continues to serve Cape Cod business with work-shops and lectures on Fraud Prevention and Internal Controls.
Tammy's corporate experience includes Regional Manager of Oxford Global Resources, Branch Management with Robert Half, Inc., and Controllership of mid-sized corporations. A Highest Distinction Business Administration graduate of Suffolk University, Tammy's studies include extensive Fraud Prevention and Forensic Accounting.

Leslie Nickinello, Managing Accountant
Leslie has been the Managing Accountant at Glivinski & Associates for 5 years. She has 13 years of public accounting experience, as well as 9 years of extensive corporate accounting experience. Her investigative accounting and support services for attorneys is detailed, concise, and clearly communicated to provide information that is accurate and timely. Her expertise with multi-division corporations and cash management are critical components to assisting clients with revenue and cost management, as well as aiding in Bankruptcy & Turnaround consulting which includes US Trustee Reporting & Compliance and Monthly Operating Report preparation.

Emily Davis, Staff Accountant
Emily joined Glivinski & Associates in January, 2011 with her Masters in Accountancy from Northeastern University in Boston, MA. Emily manages several of our non-profit clients including audit preparation, board reporting, and cash flow projections. Prior to joining Glivinski & Associates, Emily worked as an auditor with a national CPA firm where her focus was on commercial real estate, low income housing, and employee benefit audits.

Laurie McCarthy, Senior Bookkeeper
Laurie joined Glivinski & Associates in 2009 with 20 years bookkeeping and administrative background in public and non-profit firms in New York City and Cape Cod. She has extensive experience with retail POS, trades, service, and medical industries on multiple software platforms. She continues her graduate studies in accounting having earned her BA from Baruch College.

Lynne Clancy, Bookkeeper
Lynne's 17 years as Operations Manager in the investment world along with her 5 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience benefit Glivinski & Associates and clients with compliance and organizational issues including sales tax and corporate/LLC annual reporting. Lynne earned her BA from Boston University and joined our team in 2010.

Gisele Miller, Office Manager
Gisele, the most recent addition to our team, comes to Glivinski & Associates with 3 years of experience in public accounting, as well as 7 years of experience in retail management. Her background includes individual income tax preparation, sales tax compliance, and bookkeeping for various industries on Cape Cod and in Arizona. She earned her BA from Saint Michael’s College in Vermont.

A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts and a Cape Cod native, Corey has 8 years of bookkeeping experience in profit and non-profit organizations. Her knowledge of payroll and benefit administration is valuable to our clients in need of Human Resource assistance.

Laurie Karras, Bookkeeper
As the former owner of a Medical Billing Business and Retail Operation, Laurie's practical hands-on experience in daily management of Accounts Receivable and Payable as well as bank and cash management is invaluable to our clients. Laurie has been our billing specialist since 2008. Laurie earned her AA from Cape Cod Community College.
